GENERAL
- All purchases from www.islay.scot are licensed to you based on our Rights Managed License, see our purchase agreement
- Purchases that have been downloaded from our server may NOT be exchanged for other goods, transferred or returned for a refund
- You may cancel an order, or exchange goods for a similar product, if order placed erroneously, provided goods have NOT been downloaded
- You undertake all details that you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are present and correct
- If potential fraud is identified due to false information supplied to us, your details will be passed to relevant agencies to avert fraud and money laundering
- You ensure any spam filters and/or services employed by you do NOT block, bounce or delete emails from us
- You agree to us using your email address and telephone number as a means of communicating with you regarding the images you have purchased
- We undertake NOT to disclose, lease, rent or sell to third parties your personal details, including your email address and phone number
LIABILITY
- If a product is faulty, we will replace it for a like product
- We reserve the right to change information, prices, and descriptions of our goods without prior notice
- We reserve the right NOT to fulfil an order for goods that were advertised at an incorrect price
- Please read the descriptions of the goods before buying, as we sell them only for the purposes stated thereof
ORDER PROCESSING
- The store trades in Euro’s (EUR) but you may view prices in other currencies
- Purchases you make from this website are regarded as having been made in EU
- We shall be bound by EU law concerning any purchases you make from this website
PAYMENTS
- Direct Online Payments can be made using Paypal only. Your order will be processed when your payment has been received in our account.
DELIVERY
You can download goods and invoices by logging into your account after a successful transaction
DIGITAL FILES ONLY
As we only sell Digital Files, shipping and delivery is not applicable.
MISCELLANEOUS
- You may download a virtual product up to three times from our server (links expire after 12 days)
- An admin charge of £12.50 (GBP) may be levied at our discretion on requests for additional download link
- Dust spots, minor scratches, colour casts do not constitute a faulty product
